АЦЛ water tender with a ladder is designed for transporting crew and fire-fighting equipment to the fire site, as well as for fire-fighting and rescue operations. It is equipped with a mechanized retractable swivel ladder with a hose line and a fire-monitor mount; it also comes with a pumping unit, tanks for fire-extinguishing agents, and fire-fighting equipment (both water- and foam-based). Various combinations are possible.

Attachments for АЦЛ water-tenders with ladders can be mounted on chassis of various brands and models.
